I have never written a review in my life, nor will I probably ever do it again. Bought this at a store and paid more. I am so happy with this product . I would pay five times this price. I use it every day at my office. Very well made and makes pullups easy. I do 30-50 a day now. Just completed P90X ,also amazing. Would not have been able to complete it without this pullup bar. I am 49 years old and amazed by both of these products,P90X and Perfect Pullup.

1. I checked the website for the PERFECT PULL UP, go and try to buy a spare set of handles and check the product specs...
Nothing, nada, NO Information about the handle material, something so important that will carry your whole weight has no SPECS!
2. NO INFORMATION about warranty!
Forget about what people talk here, check the website and verify the specs of the handles and warranty.
I cannot believe there has NOT been a product recall on this item.

Look at the pictures, they dont even show a standard door frame with the typical house fram construction. In the pictures is a very solid frame to support the pull up system. I decided to install this on my brand new house bathroom door frame. The bolts that came with it are way too short and swapped them for bigger ones I had on my tool box. Still with larger wood screws the perfect pull-up bar cracked part of the door frame. The damage is not a lot as it can be filled with wood paste, but I had to remove it as no matter how tight or secured I could see and hear cracking on the frame. I will go all out and buy a Pull Up Stand and save myself major headache by not using the door frame for something it was not meant to.
Buy at your own risk, package comes with many plastic parts.

I love this pullup bar, I put it into my bedroom doorway. Err I should say my husband put it into my bedroom doorway.
Installation was quick and easy, and it works well. I've done a couple of routines using it for my P90X workout. Amazon has a great price, and ships the product almost instantaneously!!! Thank you Amazon, and Perfect Pullup!!!

Just installed this product..hung on it for a bit and it seems to do what it says. I dont know about the weight limit (box says 300 lbs) and thats why I gave it 4 stars, but I am a 165lb female so I dont see a problem with it holding my weight. Time will tell I guess.
